I’m a registered and Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist & Hypno-Psychotherapist [NSTT, CNHC, UKCP] based in Surrey.
I am a Full Clinical Member of the UKCP, this means that, although in the UK Psychotherapy is not regulated by law, you can be assured that I have achieved an extremely high standard of training which is recognised and accredited by on of the UK's professional bodies for psychotherapists.
Accredited therapists must meet high standards of professional supervision, clinical practice, and continuing education to provide therapy. I am required to commit to fulfilling high ethical standards and to maintain this accreditation, I must continue to satisfy the UKCP requirements on an ongoing basis.
As such you can feel confident in the fact that I am fully qualified and have the clincial experience to help you with a wide range of issues.
I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, in person and online.
I have a BA Hons in Psychology and Media from Leeds University & A Dip Cert in Hypno-psychotherapy from The National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.
My previous positive experience with hypno-psychotherapy in overcoming anxiety and intrusive thoughts in my mid-twenties, led me to the decision to re-train as a therapist. I am dedicated to helping people heal and overcome mental health issues that can affect many of us at some point or another in our lives. I studied at the renowned, UKCP-accredited college: The National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.
I have 6 years of clinical experience running my private practice and have helped many people experience positive, sustained and lasting improvement in their mental health and wellbeing.
