There is a difference between feeling a bit low and having Depression…It is natural to feel down after distressing events or major life changes. However, if you are experiencing feelings of low mood, fatigue, loss of appetite, lack of confidence or are frustrated & irritable and these feelings continue for several weeks, then you may be suffering from Depression.

How can Hypno-Psychotherapy help me to overcome feelings of Depression?

Hypno-psychotherapy is helpful in overcoming feelings of depression as it allows access to the subconscious, where we are able to locate and reconnect with internal resources, improve mindset, locate and change self-limiting core beliefs & coping mechanisms. All of this occurs much quicker due to bypassing the conscious mind and the defences that are held there in the trance state.

Hypnotherapy helps with Depression by utilising solution-focused techniques to empower clients and motivate them towards positive change. We can create S.M.A.R.T goals and visualisation techniques. This enables them to let go of past experiences that are holding them back. Then we start to work towards creating life-forward positive progression and a calm, confident and fulfilling future.

I work with clients online and I am located close to EsherSurbitonLeatherheadEpsomKingston-upon-Thames and Weybridge. If you would like to find out more, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
