I offer integrative psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, both in person and online, supporting clients across the UK and internationally.

I specialise in working with individuals experiencing chronic anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, and PTSD, who are ready to move beyond simply coping and begin creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
