Terms + Conditions
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of any scheduled appointment, or of failure to attend a scheduled appointment at the agreed time, the appropriate rate will be payable.
This policy exists to preserve the availability of appointments for all clients as last minute cancellations often mean that therapy hours which could be used by other potential or existing clients are wasted.
I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and currently working towards gaining full accreditation, as such I abide by and follow their code of ethics.
