Weight loss and issues around food can be complex. In order to overcome any issues that we may have, we need to be able to create and maintain a healthy relationship with what we eat and our bodies. Our relionship with food and our physical appearance can be related to and entangled with our feelings of self-esteem, self-worth and confidence.
